Solid Light partnered with the Kentucky Derby Museum to bring the story of the world’s most famous Thoroughbred racehorse, Secretariat, to life. 

Secretariat: America’s Horse is located at the top of the stairway overlooking the Great Hall, where the 360-degree movie, “The Greatest Race” runs every day. The 1,000 sq ft. exhibit celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Secretariat’s Triple Crown win, introduces Secretariat’s team, and tells the story of his ever-increasing celebrity status since his unbeaten, record-setting wins. Secretariat features five media installations, providing an entertaining and educational visitor experience. 

The exhibit opened to the public April 2023–just in time for the 149th running of the Kentucky Derby.
