With a passion for environmental and experiential design, Sarah brings a renewed approach to her work—focusing on the spatial decisions that support the larger storytelling goal. She thrives in the early idea generation and conceptual phases of the design process, bringing a holistic approach to her work that focuses on how forms and immersive environments make people feel within a space.
Sarah graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program with a B.S. in Industrial Design. She joined Solid Light because of her desire to use her talents in a way that supports her personal values and be a part of an organization that highlights the stories of those who may not have been traditionally given a voice.
Sarah is a lifelong maker who creates her own jewelry as her art, combining high-tech digital fabrication with ancient traditional techniques. This study of the intersection of design, technology, and fabrication puts her in a unique position to make big conceptual moves that are also feasible. Sarah’s expertise combined with her big-picture thinking and passion for storytelling, make her a valuable asset to any team.
