Jennifer Twagira

Jennifer brings a unique blend of public health, nonprofit, emergency management, and creative agency experience to her role as Creative Coordinator. With a deep appreciation for process and people, she thrives behind the scenes, building systems that support collaboration, strengthen communication, and keep complex projects moving forward.

Before joining Solid Light, Jennifer worked in eviction prevention, managed campus-wide emergency response initiatives, and led creative and digital projects for political campaigns. These diverse experiences sharpened her adaptability, calm under pressure, and strategic coordination skills—traits she now brings to Solid Light’s mission-driven work.

Drawn to the team’s passion and respect for the creative process, Jennifer was excited to join an organization that tells stories with impact, especially those that often go untold. Her work is grounded in trust, transparency, and a people-first approach that helps both teams and clients do their best work. Outside the office, she remains active in her community through mutual aid and local volunteer efforts.
