Solid Light hosted Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana‘s 2023 Donor Appreciation Reception during Women’s History Month.
Our Owner & CEO, Cynthia Torp, has been a dedicated Girl Scout and longtime supporter, including serving on the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana’s Board of Directors.
The theme for the event was, “Women Making History.” With informational cards highlighting inspiring women and a signature drink named Yes, She Can!, the event honored women, past and present, who have made a difference. Solid Light provided behind the scenes tours and a brief presentation about our work with the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace and the National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House Interpretive Center.
It was a delight to see so many faces dedicated to the Girl Scouts’ mission of building courage, confidence, and character in young girls across Kentuckiana. We’re proud to partner with such an impactful organization aimed at bringing girls’ dreams to life.
